i was thinking of putting a hps light in a small closet to grow vegtables during the winter months. would a 400w bulb generate too much heat for a closet? how about a 250w bulb? any advice would be appreciated.

mh blue is 10 times better for vege then go to red hps for flower and you will get 85% more bud

true, but ive always heard that start it out with blue cause that stimulates growth cycle more but yeah red is good to though, mainly though you do need around 30,000 lumens should do well

Unlike most videos, your presentation really spells out the details. My tomatoes are on 2 4' Sodium 40W@ 16hrs/day. The day is too long. No wonder they don't bloom.
